We would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves and VIP Property Restorations Ltd. Tony has worked as a contractor in the Cowichan valley for 30 years choosing to focus on property restoration for the last 10 years. While Sara has spent the last 10 years working as the Office Manager for the same company. We decided it was time to start a locally owned and family run company committed to bringing the very best service to those living in the Cowichan Valley who may find themselves in need.
We are fully trained and certified for water, fire and wind damage claims, as well as fully insured, including coverage for hazardous material handling which includes asbestos, mold and lead remediations. We offer our services to non-insurance claim customers and provide new construction and renovation services, and provide free initial sites visits to assess damages as well as free estimates.
We plan on bringing the VIP Experience to the citizens of our valley, from Ladysmith to the Malahat, and beyond upon special request.
